Step 1 of 6
Crews form and pour the footings and slab directly on the prepared site. The foundation is cast in place, sized to this exact lot and its loads, and left to cure. Everything above is built on top of this concrete platform.
A simplified educational model, real projects add MEP rough-ins, insulation, inspections, and finishes between these stages.
